Our Flat Fee Delivery
Our store policy, "Flat Fee Delivery of $10 - Australia Wide" is a great service where you can purchase everything you require at one low flat fee delivery cost. Unfortunately Po Boxes, Parcel Lockers, are not included with this delivery option. If you require delivery to a PO Box, you can select from the Australia Post Parcel Post Satchel options, within the checkout.

We can also freight smaller items to allow customers to purchase smaller amounts, and take advantage of our Low Prices and Fast Delivery times. Courier Satchels Pricing are as follows:

We do offer a 'EXPRESS POST' service through Australia Post. If you wish to use this service, please contact us prior to making your purchase, please call 1300 951 008

For larger parcels requiring Express Delivery, prior to completing checkout, please email, message or call us (1300 951 008), supply us with your postcode, we'll provide the best options available and the best shipping rate prior to completing the 'checkout'. 

For courier deliveries, (which may include our flat fee offer), the courier company will require a signature. You may opt to have your parcel delivered to a business or work address, otherwise if no one is home at the time of delivery, usually the driver will leave a note to facilitate parcel collection. Please ensure your best contact phone number is placed within our checkout as the driver may wish to confirm delivery times etc, if applicable.

Delivery Times
Delivery times within Australia usually take between 1 to 6 working days. For more remote areas, delivery times may be extended. Public holidays will also extend delivery times.

Whilst every effort to deliver your parcel within the estimated time frames, sometimes due to unforeseen delays, parcels can take longer than expected. We have aligned ourselves with transport partners who we believe will strive to deliver products within the estimated delivery times stated. Unfortunately we cannot be held liable for loss or damage resulting from late delivery, but we will assist best we can under those circumstances.

Order Fulfillment
Once confirmation of your order and payment is received, our preference is to dispatch your order the same day, however this may not always happen, so we aim for dispatch within a 24hr period. Once it has been been picked, packaged and processed ready for shipping, you will receive a notification, (email or SMS). If due to circumstances where we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified at the earliest time possible, generally by the telephone number provided at checkout.

Dispatched Parcel Confirmation
Once your parcel has been dispatched a notification will be sent, (email or SMS), complete with tracking details. You will then be able to monitor tracking of your parcel in order to see how your delivery is progressing.

Please be aware, there are rare occasions where external factors completely outside of the control of all parties involved can result in delivery delays.,ie. Christmas Period. Despite all best efforts, in these cases we ask for your patience and cooperation. Here at, we understand the importance of timely deliveries and strive to do our very best.
